HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

WILL I BE NOITIFED OF MY DELIVERY DATE?

For large furniture items within Abuja, you will be contacted once delivery routes have been planned and we have a proposed date/time-slot for you. For other locations we will use trusted third-party delivery services who will contact you directly to advise of the delivery date. Medium and Small parcels can usually be tracked online depending on the courier service selected by you so you can check the expected delivery date. You will be notified when the goods have been dispatched and given a tracking number and tracking information where possible.


CAN I PAY FOR MY ITEM AFTER IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

Full payment is required before your order can be dispatched. At the moment we're unable to accept cash on delivery but can accept all major debit cards at checkout, or bank transfer to the account number provided.


CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT  DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

As per our policy, we are unable to accept returns on non-damaged goods. However, if you encounter an issues with your product or if it arrives damaged, please do not hesitate to reach out within the first 12 hours upon delivery with picture confirmation of the damage and we will be happy to assist. 


CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE

We regretfully cannot promise delivery on specified days; nevertheless, our courier will get in touch with you to work out a mutually suitable delivery date and will make every effort to make your delivery as simple as possible to accept. It's important to enquire with us if you need delivery on a particular day since in certain cases, we might be able to meet your request.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT ACCEPT MY DELIVERY?

Most deliveries are scheduled prior to dispatch, and we will contact you to confirm your availability on the proposed date and time period. If you become unavailable after taking a slot, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will reschedule. Items shipped via third-party delivery services may be subject to a cancellation/rearrangement fee if you are not home on the agreed-upon date.
